Lori brings a unique blend of creative vision, marketing expertise, and community leadership to her role as Executive Director of the Old Town Community Association. An Oregon native who spent 25 years living in London, Lori returned home to Portland with a wealth of international experience and a deep commitment to her community. Since joining OTCA in February 2024 as Community Support Coordinator, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to revitalizing Old Town Portland through innovative placemaking and strategic collaboration.

During her tenure, Lori spearheaded the acclaimed No Vacancy Window Gallery in 2025, transforming 17 vacant storefronts into vibrant showcases for local artists, and led the Experience Old Town Campaign to highlight the neighborhood's cultural richness. Her ability to unite stakeholders, secure resources, and execute complex projects has positioned Old Town as a model for creative community development.

During her time in London, Lori spent 17 years as a freelance costume and production designer in the film and advertising industry, where she honed her skills in visual storytelling, budget management, and collaborative design. As a marketing expert, she previously served as Marketing Director for Equinox Kombucha, where she created and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies, secured £150,000 in funding, and doubled sales through strategic partnerships, influencer campaigns, and community engagement.

Lori holds an MA in Enterprise and Management for the Creative Arts from University of the Arts London. As Executive Director, she is committed to fostering a thriving, inclusive Old Town that celebrates its historic character while embracing bold new possibilities for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
